Who is eligible?

Eligible businesses must meet the following criteria:

• Are an existing small business,
• Employ between 10-100 employees,
• Can demonstrate industry leadership and innovation,
• Can demonstrate positive impact in the Calgary Community,
• Can demonstrate a well-defined growth plan for 1, 3, and 5 years.

Is there a cost to apply?

No, there is no cost to apply for the fund.

Why was the fund created?

The Amplifier Fund was created to recognize an individual or business that displays innovation and leadership - two vital traits for Calgary's future.

When is the recipient announced?

The recipient will be announced in 2025.
