The Calgary Chamber of Commerce expresses concern regarding the unintended repercussions of the Government of Canada’s proposed interpretation of the Canada Health Act - to ban employer-funded virtual care. Interest rate cut another step in the right direction to ease affordability pressures and improve access to capital for business
The Calgary Chamber is please to see today’s decision to cut interest rates by another 25 basis points to 4.5%, signaling relief for Canadian households and businesses. However, accessing the capital needed for growth still a challenge for small business.
