InSite Performance Coaching- Going above and beyond to support entrepreneurs

Right now, we are facing a situation that we are all unfamiliar with. The sentiment of getting through it together grows daily as we find new ways to connect to each other and we have seen companies stepping up left and right to meet the needs of the changing business community. Another example of this has been demonstrated by Stan Peake, Founder & Executive coach of InSite Performance Coaching. As the pandemic began to disrupt us at a local level, he took the time to sit down and start writing a small article to help entrepreneurs through a crisis. Progressively that article grew into a bestselling book on Amazon called “Now What? 50 ways to build your business in a crisis.” He has worked to make it widely accessible and affordable so as many people as possible can benefit from the information in the book.

In addition to writing a book to help businesses pivot during a crisis, he has opened himself up for free coaching sessions. Stan recognizes that entrepreneurs are in a brand-new environment and wants to help. As an entrepreneur himself, he has had to experience firsthand the challenges of the restrictions on how businesses are able to operate.

One last thing that InSite Performance Coaching is doing to help business leaders in Calgary is making their Masterclass free for the next three months. The masterclass is called the Round Table Forum, and it connects professionals from different industries at similar stages of their businesses and careers to connect and learn from one another and is facilitated by Stan and the other expert coaches at InSite Performance Coaching. Normally $300/ month for in-person meetings, the mastermind groups are now offered over Zoom and are free for at least the next 3 months.
