Motivated by a passion for providing a differentiated approach to the traditional consulting model, STRAAD was founded in 2015 by Megan Luu. Guided by its purpose to help leaders drive strategic change in times of complexity, STRAAD now serves clients across North America and in a variety of industries and sectors. When the strategy is changing, the culture needs to evolve, and leaders are required to drive improved execution, STRAAD is called to bring a fit-for-purpose approach to unlock organizational performance. STRAAD Space: A vibrant hub in Calgary

Located in the historic Dominion Bank Building in downtown Calgary, STRAAD Space was designed in 2020 partnership with Ryan Murphy Construction and Arther Hunter. Overlooking Olympic Plaza, the space inspires collaboration, fosters team connection, and is designed with hybrid flexibility in mind. Designed to be an all-inclusive space for a high-impact experience for teams and the community at large, the STRAAD Space features:

· Two distinct, contemporary private spaces for those looking to bring together larger groups for meetings, presentations, team training, group gatherings or intimate dinners (up to 100-person capacity)

· Private meeting rooms and day offices

· State-of-the-art technology to enable virtual, in-person or hybrid experiences, including PC & Mac-compatible TVs and sound bars

· Facilitation materials, including flip charts, printing, markers and more

· On-site reception

· Coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks

· Partnerships with local catering partners or flexibility to bring in client-preferred partners

· Not-for-profit discounted pricing

Residency program growing

With a focus on building community and collaboration with leaders in Calgary, STRAAD has recently launched its first-ever residency program – Community in Residence. The Community in Residence program is an exclusive space for leaders in the city to work and connect in an environment that encourages partnership, conversation, and inclusivity. An incubator for creativity and connection, the program provides a place for remote leaders to connect with folks in similar roles, industries, or positions, fostering belonging and community.
