Exclusive to Calgary Chamber members, participants will harness the expertise of seasoned leaders and enhance their decision-making capabilities, strategy formulation skills, leadership development capabilities and overall business leadership agility.

Leadership Forum provides a confidential and in-person monthly meeting for leaders to engage in meaningful discussions, guided by distinguished Master Facilitators and Professional Coaches with Bright Wire Leadership.

Leadership Forum consists of individuals who come together to collectively share their challenges, successes, insights and resources. Unlike traditional mentorship, Leadership Forum draws from the collective intelligence of its members, allowing for diverse perspectives, creative problem solving and mutual growth. Participants are required to commit to one 4-hour session each month. Leadership Forum requires a high degree of commitment to the forum and to each other’s success. There is allowance to miss a maximum of two in-person sessions per year under extenuating circumstances, and a process will support this accountability. This commitment ensures continuity, builds trust among members and fosters in-depth understanding. There will be 1-2 hours of work per month for preparation, reflection or reading.

The preferred partner pricing offered exclusively to Calgary Chamber members is $3,499 per year. Participants of the program will receive a minimum of 20 hours of formal training which qualifies for the Alberta Job Grant. We encourage interested participants to take advantage of this grant to join the program.
